Did You Know?
Little-Known
Facts
About Rick's Band
- Bass-player Rob Roy loves to cook. He is a superb chef who keeps us up to date
on the latest cuisine while we're on the road.
- Donna Stearns (drums) is an elementary school teacher who has been known
to break out a pair of pencils and play a drum solo on her desk for her students!
- Keyboardist Roy Clark likes to farm and raises goats, sheep and chickens in the
Western Maine foothills.
- Pat Keane (guitarist) is usually the designated driver on our road trips. He's
been working on a new jazz CD.
Engineer/guitarist John Stuart owns a recording studio and is currently working
on a recording by Noel Stookey (Paul of Peter, Paul and Mary)

Rick and
Roy will be artists-in-residence during the month of May at the Somerville schools in
Massachusetts. They
will be composing original songs with K & Pre-K students for a CD that will be
recorded and professionaly produced. This has become a delightful tradition and the
students will receive a wonderful memento of their time with Rick

A Classic
Tradition
Children Join Rick on Stage for the Alligator in the
Elevator song. |
|
|
Rick looks forward to meeting kids prior to the concert and introducing them
to the motions that go along with the song.
As you can see, some children are fascinated by the
alligator....some aren't so sure.
